Pool installation can vary depending on site access, if there are underground utilities like pipes or sewer where you want to build and how long it takes to have your plans engineered and then approved by the council.
Once we have the approved plans it usually takes around 5-8 weeks for completion, depending on the weather.

Yes! All our pools come with a standard warranty.
We can take care of all council approvals. All standard approvals are included in the contact. If your pool requires extraordinary approvals, we will invoice those as a variation at cost price.
Yes. We can include a custom spa to your pool design and will include this price in your contract.
We are happy to work with your builder on the installation of your pool. We will undertake a site visit and consultation and provided we can get access to the site, we can begin your pool construction once we have council approved plans. However, it can work out more cost-effective if you get the shell for your pool dug and poured prior to the construction beginning on your house.

If you are building on a small block, it is advisable to arrange your pool shell be installed prior to the construction of your home.
If you have an existing home on a small block, it will depend on the access to the site.
Yes! We can help with landscaping the area around your pool including tiling, water features, outdoor barbecue and entertaining areas. We can even create a fire pit feature if you want that too!
You need the right filtration system for your pool taking into account its size and water capacity. We can recommend the best filtration system for your custom concrete pool. As standard, we supply a suction cleaner for your new pool.
We also have the experts at Jim’s Pool Care do the hand over of your pool and they will explain all the equipment and how to keep your pool running well and how to keep it clean.
Yes! All our products come with the manufacturers warranty.
At Kahuna Pools we refer all our clients to Jim’s Pool Care on completion. Jim’s Pool Care offer a maintenance deal on new pool builds for 6 or 12 months.
